What I appreciate most about Gracie's blog is her naturally bubbly and upbeat tone that she writes with. It sounds very personable and warm rather than trying to sound overly polished or formal. Her personality shows through clearly in every part of the blog which makes the posts feel more genuine. This style can keep the reader engaged because it feels honest and approachable. Another thing that I really like about her blog is the way that she brings the topics to life. I really like her personal experiences that she shares. Instead of just talking about the topic, she is able to connect it back to her own life. My favorite piece of work is the "Local Opinion" where she talks about the El Dorado Christmas Parade. I liked that the related the topic to her personal experience and even shared the photos for proof. This made the story feel warm and relatable. The photos that she included also added even more personality and helped me see the moment for myself which helped it stand out.
Gracie's visual presentation is another area where her blog really shines. She uses graphics that fit her personality and help bring her content to life. The overall color coordination makes the page feel clean, bright, and well put together. The colors that she chose compliment each other nicely and help create a cohesive look that is easy on the eyes. Nothing feels out of place and it is aesthetically pleasing to look at which can enhance the experience for the reader.
